Requirements

-Three to five years proven success as in internal and/or external training and development practitioner with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing others in a complex, fast-paced environment.
-Solid understanding of training processes and practices for adult learners.
-Strong understanding of computer basics.
-Strong problem-solving skills, research skills, and decision-making skills.
-Excellent interpersonal, organization, and time-management skills.
-Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
-Must have no issues with attendance and must have positive work attitude.

Learning Manager

Requirements

-Candiates must have at least 2-3 years of training experience (product specific/ foundation skills / leadership developement as a Manager or Equivalent.
-Must be Trained in BTT and Global Operating Systems process
-Candidate must have a Client Specific experience as a Learning Manager or Senior Learning Specialist role.
-Candidate must be willing to work in shifting schedules preferably graveyard shift.
-Full-Time positions available.
