Requirements

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
-Minimum 3 year(s) actively developing and supporting business continuity programs as Manager or Assistant Manager, preferrably in the BPO industry.
-Knowledge pf technology product development life cycle, technical infrastructure concepts (e.g., telecommunications, data storage, resiliency, etc.).
-Quick understanding of business and system operations and the ability to communicate in these areas.
-Familiarity with the current regulatory environment on BCP for Call Center or BPO industry (financial services, customer service etc).
-Excellent oral, writte communication and presentation skills
-Proficiency in MS office products (PowerPoint, excel, etc.)
-Applicants must be willing to work in Muntinlupa City.
