-Bachelor’s degree in the related field

-Understanding & knowledge of running reports from state of the art phone system

-Candidate needs to be capable of troubleshooting problems and escalations in a timely manner

-Capable of meeting productivity performance goals

-Excellent oral and written communication skills

-Proven team development skills with proven leadership skills

-Approaches work/responsibilities in a professional manner

-Intermediate computer skills required to effectively resolve problems such as downloading programs, accessing the internet, interacting with state agencies, etc.
