* Making Outbound Collections Calls for Chase Credit Cards
* Taking Inbound Collections Calls for Chase Credit Cards
* Research and Resolve Customer Issue
* Educate the customers and collect payments
* Adherence to prescribed Quality and Compliance Standards
* Communicate well with customers despite cultural differences
