REQUIREMENTS

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
-Required skill(s): good English communication skills, MS Office.
-Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
-Full-Time positions available.
-Proven ability to communicate through verbal and written measures
-At least 1 year of customer service experience preferably in a call center.
-Ability to articulate, interact and understand client needs and expectations.
-Data entry and proofreading skills required.
-Able to work shifts as required.
