Requirements

-Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
-with minimum 2 years college level education
-Schedule

-shifting (possible night shift) during the 8-week foundation and product specifics training

-day shift after training

-1 year call center experience preferred
-Medical Industry experience preferred (knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing experience)
-Demonstrates computer navigation skills
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Fast learner with analytical and problem solving ability
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
-Project a positive, helpful attitude while being an active listener
-Work cooperatively and establish positive cross-functional relationships within the organization
-Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.
-Training starts ASAP
