Senior Business Objects Developer

Requirements

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
-Required skill(s): Business Objects 6.52 or BOXI SP2, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX Scripting, Oracle 9i/10g, UNIX
-Fully understand product suite of Business Objects 6.52 or BOXI SP2
-Hands on experience on report development cycle including report development, deployment, unit testing and production release
-Minimum of 4-5 years in business objects reports development area
-Prefer working experience on Webi SDK customization
-Experience with Unix scripting
-Must have five plus years applications and database development experience
-Minimum of 3 years in Oracle PL/SQL development.
-1+ year in Oracle performance tuning activities
-The person should be willing to work in shifts to interact with the user community and development team situated in USA and UK. If required, He/She also should be willing to travel to US or UK to work with the users and developers stationed there.
-Experience in developing technical specifications from business requirement analysis and design sessions
-Should have complete knowledge of building universes
-Able to construct reports based on complex business logic in a dynamic working environment
-Must work within a team of technical and business users in a dynamic / fluid fashion to meet project milestones and objectives
-Excellent overall technical skills as wells as business analyst skills with an ability to conduct data requirements and process definition meetings with clients
-Results driven, self-motivated and able to work independently
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Candidate must be willing to work in Singapore, prefer Singapore Permanent residence.
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent. Job role in Software Engineer/Programmer or Supervisor/Team Lead.
