Senior Operations Manager
Requirements
-10 years of BPO, Customer Service/call center management/operations experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and attention to details are a must. Experience managing overseas call centers a plus. Candidate needs to be capable of troubleshooting problems and escalations in a timely manner. Intermediate computer skills required to effectively resolve problems such as downloading programs, accessing the internet, interacting with state agencies, etc. Expats are encouraged to apply.
