Requirements
-a strong, dynamic character, capable of dealing effectively with colleagues and business users working in a constantly evolving environment
-experience with management of (technical) 24*7 customer service team
-the ability to work as part of a regional team across multiple countries, cultures and time-zones
-the ability to remain calm under pressure and when faced with adversity or urgent issues
-a strong customer-focus with a “service first” mentality and best-in-class communication skills
-the ability to view current procedures and processes as opportunities for enhancement, tuning and improvement where practical
-an adept ability for mathematical and numerical representation, and the ability to present information in a format that allows critical decisions to be made in an informed manner
