REQUIREMENTS

-Graduate with 1-3 years related experience.

-Previous CSD/collections experience will be a value add.

-Experience in call center / credit card / customer service areas.

-Excellent Communications Skills ( Both Written & Verbal )

-Prior Training Experience would be preferred

-Excellent facilitation skills.

-Should have excellent process knowledge

-Ability to train , Coach for both service and collections

-Good understanding of Inbound and Outbound calls C-sat trends, negotiations skills

-Ability to transfer knowledge & check applicability

-Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends.

-Strong Stress & Time Management Skills

-Self Starter, Flexible and Willing to Stretch for Business Needs

-Team player and willing to learn from peers

-Computer knowledge to which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

-Should hold a Valid Passport. A US or Canadian Visa would be value add.

-Employee must be willing to travel for at least 2 months from start date.
