Technical Support Engineer (German Speaking)

Requirements

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
-At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Experience in electronic equipment required.
-Fluent in English and German.
-Excellent skills preparing technical support reports.
-Excellent proficiency in – Microsoft Project, Excel and Word.
-Understanding and awareness of customer needs.
-Excellent diagnostics, organizational ability, analysis skilss, oral, written communications and interpersonal skills.
-CRM Software experience.
-AutoCAD drafting experience.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
-Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
