Requirements

-Minimum Educational Attainment / Course
-Degree or diploma in Cognitive Psychology, HCI, Computer Science, Human Factors/Ergonomics or other related qualification
-Minimum 3 years experience in Web usability and accessibility, and able to show strong portfolio of relevant work
-Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
-Additional languages useful

Abilities / Skills / Competencies

TECHNICAL SKILLS
-Understanding of the user experience and have hands-on experience of in its implementation including user-centered design
-Experience in user task research, functional/navigational flow diagrams, wire-framing, prototyping, etc.
-Good knowledge of SEO development and search engine listing, and hands-on experience of integrating usability with the latest SEO best practice
-Exposure to HTML, Dreamweaver, CMS applications, Photoshop, graphic design principles and internet technologies
-Experience of web projects and a basic understanding of technical areas helpful
SOFT SKILLS
-Able to use innate personal judgment to correctly apply a given principle across varied situations
-Must have strong common sense and logic thinking, the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
-A natural talent for communication and organization, a strategic thinker who thrives on taking responsibility and delivering excellent results
-An accomplished communicator at all levels, able to interface confidently and effectively with in-house and remote teams and internal/external customers
-A quick learner, able to grasp new concepts, understand requirements and translate knowledge into practical solutions
-Open-minded, creative, with an eye for design and aesthetic
