My name is Peter Paul Paluca, I am currently employed in People Support, and am looking into a job in line with my passion: Gaming.
I have been and always been a gamer at heart. I have been playing way before the concept of MMORPG was created. Anyhow, I have my own internet cafe in Dipolog City, D20 Gaming and Internet Cafe.
I have experience in managine a small team of dedicated individuals, seen them through rough times.
But all in all, I am a gamer, which has ranked significantly high in most of the games I played, and ranked 1 in most others.
I am also a tenured call center agent, with close to 2 years total experience in this field. I have experience in customer service, sales, and a couple in technical expertise. I know how to navigate, modify, and tech a simple sitch of any PC breakdown. I also am an entity of the web (almost always logged on), so navigating websites, doing info gathering, and finding softwares/freewares are my kind of thing.
Basically, I am a game developer at heart. I would really prefer a job of handling a group of individuals… I believe in growth above all else.
But anyhow, I am thinking of letting go of my current job soon. I am willing to declare or withhold my callcenter experience depending on what the agreement is.
