Workforce Supervisor
Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent.
-Strong grasp of workforce management methodology. Proven capability in scheduling, capacity planning, intraday call center management and MIS reporting. Proven capability to forecast call volumes and handle times based on historical data. Familiarity with any workforce application software. Understanding of system downtime escalation procedures. Strong project management skills. Knowledge of all functions and related tasks in the area of concern
-Experience in planning, implementing, utilizing and supporting a Workforce Management system
-Knowledge of workforce management processes, concepts and principles (i.e. staffing projections, scheduling, service level analysis, metrics monitoring).
-Experience in using any Scheduling, Monitoring & Reporting Tools.
-Experienced Employees specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent
-Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City/
-Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
-Full-Time positions available.
